Thank you for shopping with Tech Oasis. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• It must be in the original packaging
• You'll need the order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at haireposts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping — you won't be charged a restocking fee or shipping fee to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at inspo832@gmail.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at inspo832@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
