Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the specific item ordered. Some products may ship from different fulfillment centers, so if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at inspo832@gmail.com.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated if your order is running behind the estimated timeframe.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, as packages are sometimes delivered to a nearby address by mistake. If you still can't locate it, contact us at inspo832@gmail.com and we'll help you sort it out.
